  Dusty received his bachelor degree in 2001 from the University of North Texas where he is now pursuing his graduate degree. He has worked in the treatment of human behavior problems for 6 years serving a variety of populations including incarcerated military personnel, individuals with developmental disabilities and child victims of abuse and neglect.

  His has experience in many diverse areas including: parent/caregiver training and curriculum development, child sexual behavior, technology transfer, functional assessment and management of severe behavior, teenage runaways and psycho-pharmaceuticals.
He has served as a Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst since 2002 and is an active member of The Association for Behavior Analysis and The Texas Association for Behavior Analysis. He has provided numerous presentations and workshops on Applied Behavior Analysis for local service providers and professional conferences and is actively involved in efforts to increase the availability of employment for Behavior Analysts in Texas.

  He created www.behaviorMachine.com to promote Behavior Analysis by disseminating information relevant and interesting to non-professional audiences.
